We’ll take you on a culinary tour of the region, picking out local delicacies and flavours to tantalise your tastebuds, from classic white rose dumplings to punchy pho bowls.
Our chefs source most of our produce locally; taking inspiration from the individual itineraries, to ensure every dish is as fresh and authentic as possible. And, of course, complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks are available with lunch and dinner.
